Our services
We design and build websites and related digital assets. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any project are agreed in a written quote or proposal before work begins.
Quotes & payment
Prices are quoted up front and fixed for the agreed scope. Payment terms are set out in your quote or checkout. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Our guarantee
You approve the design direction before we build. If you’re not satisfied with the initial design concept, you may request a refund of amounts paid for that concept, as described at the time of engagement.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the final website, content and accounts we set up for you. We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms (e.g. hosting, email, payments, scheduling). Their own terms apply to your use of those services.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.
